Unikodex is a product operated by DevxAI Technologies Pvt Ltd, a registered private limited company in India. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unikodex mobile application, website, and associated services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and fully able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Unikodex. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You must not impersonate someone else or use a name you are not legally entitled to use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or defamatory content.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by DevxAI Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
5. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Unikodex. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or create risk or legal exposure for Unikodex or our users.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the Platform or its content.
8. Limitation of Liability
DevxAI Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or app notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Hyderabad.
